Use a soft tape to measure the lower part of your dog's neck (above the shoulders). Alternativly you can measure your dog's current collar, just make sure you know how what section to measure.

Using water and cloth or wet wipe will work for most of the time. If it doesn't come clean, use mild dish detergent to clean.
